How to delete an account in the Halyk Kazakhstan app?

Open and log in to the Halyk Kazakhstan app on the Android platform:

    In the "More" section, select "Profile and settings";

    Select "You can delete your Halyk account here" and follow the further instructions.

After deleting your account, all services in the Halyk Kazakhstan app will be unavailable to you.

You will still be able to make purchases with the Halyk card and make loan payments at ATMs and branches.
