What is Halza?

Halza is a comprehensive health management app that is available in 23 languages.

It offers various features to conveniently manage your family's health from your phone, including storing, tracking, and organizing medical data within seconds. You can also easily share your data with a doctor anywhere around the world.

FAQ

Can the data be ported over from HealthHub to Halza?

At present, there is no communication between HealthHub and Halza. We are currently working on this.

In the meantime, you can easily download and upload any copy onto Halza using the app, or via email to add@halza.com.

How would we know if our healthcare provider has access to Halza?

Any healthcare provider can have access to Halza, if you decide to give them access with the QuickShare feature.

Does this app only act as storage? Do we need to get the records from our doctors and upload them ourselves?

Halza is much more than just storage. Halza is a health management tool. Doctors frequently share your medical files via email. Simply forward them to add@halza.com and they will appear in your records.

Can Halza connect with wearable app information?

Halza has an IOT engine but not all manufacturers wish to export data outside their own app. Please share with us, at support@halza.com, which wearable you would like to connect.

Do we need to install the app for our spouse to get his/her medical record?

You can choose to manage the entire family from one single device (Phone, tablet, desktop) or from multiple devices. It is entirely up to you.

If I want to switch to other providers in the future, how can I port over the data to the new provider?

You are in control of your data. With the QuickShare feature, you can easily and securely share your complete data to any provider.

Can I back up my data myself?

For good housekeeping, we have developed an export feature on our supporting desktop platform, myhalza.com, giving you the ability to back your data for extra peace of mind, should you wish. Our users can also export the data from their own accounts.
