FAQ

When registering an account in the app, it prompts "The account has been registered, please try another account"?

This means that the username or email address you want to register has been used. Please try using another username or email address. In addition, you can also register on the website (http://my.handcent.com/) and log in to use it in the app.

Forgot your username or password?

You can retrieve it in the following two ways:

i) Go to the login interface in the app->"Forgot username/password" to retrieve it.

ii) The website (http://my.handcent.com/) also provides a password retrieval function.

What should I do if private messages appear in the public box?

Please check the following steps:

I) Make sure you have set the app as the default SMS app?

Ii) Have you logged in to the app with your account?

Iii) Go to the settings of the private box and check whether you have turned on the private box function?

How to add a contact to the blacklist? How to remove the blacklist?

After entering the "Security & Private Information Settings" of the app, you will see the blacklist function. Enter the blacklist management interface to directly add contacts to the blacklist. If you want to remove a contact from the blacklist, please click on the contact on this page and cancel the blacklist.

Note: The blacklist lock does not provide a reset function for the time being, please remember the password.
