To log in, you need an agreement on telecommunications services. You sign the agreement via online banking under the Mobile and BankID menu option. You log in with a personal code or with Mobile BankID.

Get Mobile BankID

Your new phone needs to have the BankID app and Handelsbanken's app for private individuals, then log into the bank app on your old phone and follow the instructions in the menu option "Order new BankID to another device" under Digital services. The service is available to you over the age of 16.

Using Guide

To use the app, you need to have an agreement on telephone services, which you can arrange in the internet bank. You can then log in to the app if you identify yourself with Mobilt BankID. If you want to log in with a personal code, you first need to activate your app.
