How does the login work?

- Login with email address and password

The "Login with email address and password" is the standard login for all private customers. With the email address as the user name and the personal password, your account with the personal data and any credit in Vienna is optimally protected.

- Login with phone number

Only use the "Login with phone number" as a private customer if you registered for HANDYPARKEN before September 1st, 2020 and have not yet completed your access data (email address and password).

As a business paybox user, you can continue to use the login with phone number because you are registered with HANDYPARKEN with your company number.

How can I buy a parking ticket?

HANDYPARKEN offers the highest level of convenience and flexibility in both private and professional life. Parking tickets can be purchased in two ways 

- with the free app (iOS including Apple Watch & Android including Wear OS)

- via SMS (with any mobile phone model)

I have forgotten my password. What do I have to do?

In the HANDYPARKEN app

- Open the HANDYPARKEN app and click on "Forgot password?".

- Enter your email address and click on "Reset password".

You will receive an email and can change your password by clicking on the link contained therein.

After you have changed your password, you can log in as usual with your email address and your new password in the HANDYPARKEN app.

How do I book a parking ticket in the HANDYPARKEN app?

On the booking page in the HANDYPARKEN app, select the city, parking zone, license plate number, payment method and desired parking duration.

Depending on the city or parking operator, click on "Book" or "Start".

On the next page, your entries are clearly summarized. Please check your entries before confirming the booking.

You will receive the parking ticket/parking ticket confirmation immediately in the app or the parking process that has started will be displayed. Your parking ticket is only valid from the time it is delivered/displayed.

Important note!

To book a parking ticket in the short-term parking zone in Vienna, you must have sufficient parking credit. If you do not have sufficient credit, you must top up your credit before booking.

How does the parking ticket booking work?

1) Select city/parking lot and license plate

2) Set parking duration or start parking process immediately

3) Current parking ticket will be displayed

HANDYPARKEN for businesses:

With business paybox - the company solution for HANDYPARKEN - you or your employees can simply select "Business" when booking a parking ticket to pay it on the company invoice. You will receive a monthly consolidated invoice for all expenses.
