Ways to deal with problems:
[Member] I want to change my member information.
You can change your member information by logging in, going to My Page - Member Information Management - Enter your password again and changing it.
You can change your name, mobile phone number, email address, password, and consent to receive marketing information. You can change it directly through the path below.
• PC: My Page → Member Information Management → Click the Name Modification button → Self-verification
• Mobile: My Half → Member Information Management → Enter your password → Click the Member Information Management button → Click the Name Modification button → Self-verification
You can change your member information through self-verification. You can change it after verification.
If there is no name change information in the real-name registration agency, it is difficult to change your name.
If you have changed your name, you can change it after registering with the real-name registration agency.
[Order/Payment] I do not receive a verification number during the payment process.
If you have set the verification reception number 1588-1812 on your mobile phone as spam, you may not receive text messages. It may be inconvenient, but please use it after unblocking the spam number 1588-1812.

[Coupon/Points] How do I use the points?
Points can only be used when Direct Visit is ON.
* What is Direct Visit ON? A state where you access the site directly without accessing it through a portal (Naver, Daum, etc.) search or external shopping channel
* PC: Direct Visit ON is displayed on the top left / Mobile: Direct Visit when accessing the app
If Direct Visit is ON, you can enter and apply the points you wish to use at the 'Order/Payment' stage of the product you wish to order. Here are some things to keep in mind when using your points:
- Points can only be used for actual payments of at least 1,000 won.
- If your points are 1,000 won or more, you can use up to 50% of the payment amount in units of 10 won.
- Points can be used for 1 year from the date of accrual and will automatically expire thereafter. (However, event-related points are an exception.)
- If a refund is completed due to cancellation/out of stock/return after payment with points, the points you used will be immediately re-accumulated.
(Except if the validity period has already expired at the time of refund)

OnlyHalf (delivered by our own logistics center) products will be shipped the same day if payment is made before 12:00,
excluding holidays/public holidays and delivery may be delayed depending on the circumstances of the courier company.
The basic delivery date for company delivery is 3-7 days from the order date (excluding holidays/public holidays), but there may be differences depending on the characteristics of the product.
