    I want to share an update on the latest version, as of 22/10. Wow! The developers have really outdone themselves this time. They've made it so much easier for us customers and shoppers to shop for groceries. I love the new replacement feature that allows us to choose specific replacement products, giving shoppers more flexibility when making replacements. However, there's still room for improvement. I noticed that after placing an order, I can add some items but not all. It would be fantastic if the developers could give us more clarity on which items we can add or remove from the cart. Great job overall!

    The shopper was great at picking out the groceries I needed, and even swapped some items for me that weren't on the app but I knew the store had. They did a good job with the delivery as well.

    Hello there, HappyFresh team. I want to share that I've installed your app on both my Samsung and Vivo phones. Unfortunately, I am not receiving any notifications when the shopper needs to confirm a replacement item. Even if I don't close the app, I still don't get any notifications. I have to constantly check manually by going into the app and refreshing it. It would be great if you could look into this issue. Thank you!

    I love using Happy Fresh, especially during this pandemic when I need to stay at home. The app is so easy to use, and the service from the shopper and the driver is top-notch. I preferred paying cash on delivery to avoid any issues with refunds after reading reviews. My suggestion for improvement would be to update the database to match the actual stock in the store since I noticed some items that were available offline but not in the Happy Fresh database. Also, it would be great if they could separate food and non-food items when packaging them.

    I really like the app, it has been working perfectly for me. Lately though, I've been facing difficulties due to the Movement Control Order (MCO) and I couldn't make any payments as they never go through. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the problem persists. Interestingly, my sister didn't encounter any issues with her iPhone. It seems like there might be some Android-related problems. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter since it's quite inconvenient for me to have to add items to the cart and then ask my sister to log in to help with the payment process. Thank you.
