One of the apps I use to control my LED lights at home and on my TVs is the worst. It takes a long time to connect to the lights and change settings, which is frustrating. Most of the features don't even work properly, so I rarely use them. The color wheel is totally inaccurate too. When I try to set a soft warm white light by selecting the orange/yellow section, the lights turn lime green instead. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

You can't set a morning alarm and disconnect the Bluetooth. I tried doing that, but the alarms didn't go off in the morning. When I reconnected a few minutes later, all the alarms were gone. It seems the lamp needs a constant connection to work.

I really wish I could choose the colors for the lights to pulse or jump to, like Halloween purple/orange or purple/green. But the preset combinations are limited to red/blue, red/green, rainbow, etc. It's frustrating that after 3 years, I still haven't been able to understand the other functions in the app. I should have just gotten lights with a remote instead of this app.

Despite the configuration challenges, setting up 6 floodlights on my front yard using an Android phone is really worth it. I can only connect to 3 lights at a time, so I have to change the settings for the first 3 and then repeat the process for the next 3. After that, I need to turn them off and on again through my smart outlet to synchronize all of them. It's not too hard, but it would be better if I could control all of them simultaneously. One enhancement I hope for in the next app update is the addition of a DIY feature that allows users to create their own color combinations for different seasons, like a red, white, and blue fade for the Fourth of July or a red and green fade for Christmas. It would be great to also have options like orange and purple for Halloween or fireworks-like lighting for New Year's. If implementing all these features seems overwhelming, at least give us the option to customize them ourselves within the app.

This app makes you use GPS all the time, which drains your battery. It doesn't make sense to need GPS for a Bluetooth-syncing app. Also, it's hard to find patterns because they are named with numbers instead of clear names. There is definitely room for improvement in this app.

Thought the free app for controlling LED lights wouldn't be great, but wow, I was surprised by how sleek and user-friendly it is. And it even has some neat extras like syncing with music and responding to sound from the microphone. No more worrying about losing the remote control - this app is the way to go.

I have had my lights and this app for almost a year. I read other reviews and while I agree with many people's opinions, I didn't write one until now. I have an Android phone which only allowed me to connect and control up to 4 lights in my room. With the latest update, it seems like you can now connect more lights because my hallway lights (2) are now connected on the app along with the original 4 lights! It makes me happy!

Got a cheap LED-strip with Bluetooth from AliExpress. Found an app through a QR code. Works well overall, music feature isn't great but it's fine for the price. Dislike that the app needs my location. Would give it 5 stars if not for that issue.

I've had the lights up for a long time. Recently, I found this cool app that can sync with them. It's amazing! The app can synchronize with music on the phone or even Spotify if you allow it to access your phone's speakers. You get more color options in the app and there's also a power button. A helpful tip: attach a tiny remote with Velcro next to where you sit in the room so you never lose it.

This app is awesome. I would totally suggest it. I hadn't used my light in years, but decided to try it. Even though I didn't know the brand, this app helped me set it up. Now, my LED light is amazing and lives up to all the hype.
