150 Stars: Hand-Breaded Tender Wrap or Any Size Fountain Drink

How do I turn the Stars I’ve earned into free food?

You’ll have access to tasty Rewards as soon as you hit 150 Stars, with even more options available at 300 and 500. You can redeem your Stars any time you want by placing an order through the app or website, adding an eligible menu item to your cart, and then selecting the reward you want to redeem in your cart before you checkout.

Does being a My Rewards member give me access to any other benefits?

Obvi! Besides earning points on every digital order we’ll also hook you up with member-exclusive mobile offers and bonuses so you can save on your favorites, try out brand new items, and rack up those Stars quicker to get you to that next reward.

Can I earn Stars if I order Hardee’s for delivery?

If you are placing that delivery order through our app or website, yes! You will not earn Stars on orders placed through third party delivery providers, such as Uber Eats, Doordash or GrubHub.

What if the receipt from my in-restaurant order does not have a barcode?

If you’re unable to locate a barcode at the bottom of your receipt, then the location you visited is not participating in My Rewards. Sorry about that.

How long will it take for my Stars to be added to my account?

Your account balance should update about 60 minutes after you receive your order but may take up to 24 hours.
