Data Storage:

Health Platform can store various health data types such as heart rate, oxygen saturation, blood sugar, blood pressure, body weight, sleep patterns, steps taken, distance covered, calories burned, dietary intake, etc., gathered from smartphone and smartwatch health apps.

Data Synchronization:

Enable data syncing (exchange of data) through the settings of compatible health apps supporting Health Platform. The stored health data on the Health Platform can be shared with multiple health apps.

Data Backup:

For securely backing up your health data, log in to your Samsung account. Data collected on the server is strictly used for backup purposes.

Usage Restrictions:

Health Platform exclusively caters to Samsung devices. Tablets and certain mobile devices may not be supported, and specific functionalities might vary based on factors like user location, network carrier, device model, etc.

Language Support:

Available in around 70 languages, inclusive of English, French, and Chinese. An English version is provided for regions using different languages.

They send reminders about important health related items that you don't want to forget (if you have the notifications turned on for the app) and you can easily download all data to print or email to your health care provider, or simply to keep for your records. You receive "attaboys" for achievements reached, such as workouts and steps in a day, and they have tons of work out routines to do at home in your leisure.

★★☆☆☆ This app Installed itself on my phone and watch, so I Installed it but yet it is still on my watch in the background and can't get rid of it.

★★☆☆☆ Never installed it. More bloatware Google junk government try and track personal health location places been to try and mislead and falsify things. Phones don't have all these sensors.

★★☆☆☆ This app showed up installed on my Samsung smartwatch without my permission. It's now draining my battery for my watch and I can't uninstall it. All I can do for force stop it through my Wearable app but that only last for so long before it's running in the background again. This app wasn't installed on my watch 3 days, so I don't even any how it got installed, I don't even have it installed on my phone.

★★☆☆☆ This is what this says read more hmm (Health Platform supports Samsung devices only!) But I do not own a Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch so in reality this is pointless having this App in my phone and in any other Samsung devices. It says above Uninstall I'll do just that & says Update eh? I do wish Samsung & Google only allow Apps 4da function of the device without all the other rubbish that's in. Everybody hates BIXBY, but we cannot uninstall, same with Samsung Cloud. All preinstalled bloatware 🤬
