Healthengine - Book doctor appointments easily

I'm having trouble receiving the verification code on my new phone. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times, but it's not working. The app worked fine on my old device, though. I was able to book appointments easily. However, something has changed, and now I'm not getting the verification code on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus. I'm really disappointed. Please address this problem as soon as possible.
