    Sure thing! Here are some easy spine exercises for you to try: - Start by standing up straight and slowly bending your neck to the left and then to the right. Repeat this movement a few times. - Next, bend forward at the waist and try to touch your toes. Hold the stretch for a few seconds and then come back up. - Now, sit on the floor with your legs stretched out in front of you. Slowly lean forward, reaching towards your toes. Hold the stretch for a moment and then release. - Lie on your back and bring your knees towards your chest, holding them with your arms. Rock gently from side to side to massage your lower back. These exercises are great for improving flexibility and strength in your spine. Remember to listen to your body and stop if you feel any pain. Keep it up, you're doing great!
