How to unlock the instructions in the app

Each HEY CLAY box contains a leaflet with a code that allows you to unlock the instructions for the set you’ve bought. To unlock the step-by-step instructions in the app, you should enter or scan the code printed on the leaflet.

1. Open the Hey Clay app.

2. Select the set you want to unlock.

3. Tap on any character.

4. Press the ‘Enter code’ button.

5. Log in with your Google or Apple account.

6. Press the ‘Continue’ button.

7. Enter the code manually or scan the QR code.

8. Press the ‘Activate’ button.

9. Start claying your new claymates!

How can I restore access to the instructions that I've unlocked before?

If you entered the code from your clay box to unlock the instructions and linked it to your  account or just bought the content through in-app purchases, you can easily restore it:

1. Open the Hey Clay app.

2. Go to the ‘Settings’.

3. Pass the age verification.

4. Tap the ‘Restore’ button.

5. Log in with the Apple or Google Play account to which you linked the code.

6. Start claying your claymates!
