FAQ

1. Do I need a Facebook account to play?

No, a Facebook account is not mandatory to play the games. However it is recommended to have one and to connect with it in order to save your progress online. You can do so in the Settings Menu.

2. Do I need to be connected to internet to play?

An internet connection is not always needed to play… However you should activate internet each time you reach the end of a chapter to activate the timer that will unlock the next chapter. Internet is as well recommended if you want to synchronize your save online. If you want to do so, go to the Settings menu. You will need a Facebook account to save your progress online.

3. I just purchased a Pack in the Shop but I never received the coins?

If you have any issues receiving the coins after proceeding to payment, try closing the game and relaunching it a few times, and clean the flash memory before each attempt. If it is still not working, please get in touch with us using the Contact form. Please provide us with your Device ID and Facebook ID. You can both find them by going to Settings menu -> Online Save.

4. The game restarted and I lost my progress. What do I do?

This issue can mainly happen for the following reasons:

– You changed the game storage location on your device (You put the app from your mobile phone memory on an SD card or in the other sense) : to recover your progress, revert this operation, and put back the game to its first storage location. If you want to move the app to the other storage, please revert the operation and then use the Online Save system before changing to another storage location.

– You erased the cache data of the app

– You used a third-party app to make some storage space on your phone

– You uninstalled the app

In those previous cases, please contact us and tell us at what chapter you were.

5. What can I do if I want to change a choice?

If you want to change a choice, you can replay a chapter thanks to the “Diary” menu. It will erase your current progress and go back to the beginning of the chapter you have chosen.

    This game is pretty great, but there are a couple of things that could be better. I feel like there are some random ads that just pop up, and I'm not sure if all of them are necessary. I get the ones at the end to earn coins, but sometimes there are too many - like 5 in one episode. Despite that, I really enjoy playing this game. In fact, I have played all three of them, and they are amazing. If there were only two or three ads, that would be totally fine with me. Overall, I love the game, especially all the Hey Love series!

    Being over here is fantastic - the storyline, the characters, the choices, everything. No annoying ads or anything like that. The number of coins you receive for answers is quite good so far.     This game is enjoyable and requires patience, but not too much. There are only 42 chapters in it, as I've gathered from others' feedback. If you play one chapter a day, you can finish the game in just 42 days. Each chapter isn't very long either, so it won't take up too much of your time. However, this might leave you craving for more, especially if you're like me and lack patience. But if you can't wait, you can always spend some money on it to satisfy your curiosity.     I really enjoyed how the game was not boring at all. It's completely free to play if you have some patience and don't mind watching ads (or if you're like me and just let them run while doing something else XD). Even if you do decide to spend a bit of money, you can still progress quite far with just one payment. The storyline feels pretty realistic, and I appreciated how the close friends of the main character provided some comic relief when things got tense. The story is great, the artwork is beautiful, and there are some really good choices to make throughout the game. This game definitely deserves a 5-star rating!
