    Oh no, since I downloaded the app I've been bombarded with promotional emails. None of them have the information I initially wanted. Even after I unchecked all the promotional notifications, I'm still getting flooded with emails. There's no way to stop it or unsubscribe. This is frustrating and seems completely wrong!

    Hey, I'm a customer on your site. Why all the ads and live videos? And now you're throwing in a 5-second countdown too? Also, those 'X' buttons to close the pop-up ads seem really sneaky - they're practically begging you to click on the ad instead. What's up with that?

    After you buy, service not good. Especially if electric stuff. Pay then no return or money back, even if problem. Okay for cheap things, but careful with pricier stuff.

    When I use My Custom Lists, I want to be able to change the order of items in each list and overall listing. It would be helpful if I could see the prices of items I've previously purchased when I buy them again. These past prices should also be visible on My Custom Lists. I would like the option to receive alerts for any discounts on specific items that I wish to be notified about.

    HKTV used to be great, but now there are too many ads and the shipping dates can get backed up. The marketplace app is much better since there are no ads and they offer next day shipping.
