Online Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your order – but just in case something isn’t quite right, we’ve made it easy to make a return.

NOTICE: As of October 1, 2022, we do not accept returns of the following items:

Female swim bottoms if the hygiene liner has been removed

Female underwear, including individual units and packs (if removed from their box or packaging)

Male underwear, including individual units and packs (if removed from their box or packaging)

We do not process exchanges for items purchased online. If there is an item you would like to exchange, we suggest you return that item and place a new order for the item you want.

Return or Exchange of Merchandise Purchased Online

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can bring your merchandise to your local Hollister Co. store in Hong Kong S.A.R. of People’s Republic of China or send your merchandise back to us at:

Call SF Express at +852-2300 5556 to arrange pickup of your return. A charge of 60 HKD will be deducted from your refund. Carrier pickup arrangements may be limited or not available due to impacts from COVID-19.

If you choose to use your own carrier you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If you use a carrier other than SF Express, you may incur fees in addition to the general return cost and warehousing fee. You, and not Hollister Co. shall be responsible for any such additional fees.

Gift Cards

Purchasing

Gift Cards may only be purchased at a Hollister Co. store location in Hong Kong. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. All sales of Gift Cards are final and will not be refunded.

Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only in Hong Kong at any Hollister Co., Gilly Hicks, or Abercrombie & Fitch store.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law. To redeem your Gift Card online, enter in the 16 digit account number including PIN in the 'Gift Card' field on step 3 of checkout.

Expiration

Gift Cards purchased online at HollisterCo.com do not have an expiration date.

These terms do not apply to Gift Cards received in conjunction with Gift Card special events.

Merchandise Credit

Redeeming

Merchandise credits are redeemable for merchandise only in Hong Kong at any Hollister Co., Gilly Hicks, or Abercrombie & Fitch store.

To redeem your Merchandise Credit online, enter in the 16 digit account number including PIN in the 'Gift Card' field in checkout.

Merchandise Credits cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Expiration

Merchandise credits have no expiration date, and there is no fee to reactivate the card if it has been unused for a long period of time.
