"Hong Kong Toolbar" is a multimedia application developed by Commercial Radio (CR). 

This application offers users the opportunity to enjoy live programs and real-time news provided by CR, including:

- CR live radio programs (FM 881, FM 903, and AM 864)

- Real-time news updates, traffic conditions, and financial news

- "CRTV" - highlighted program archives and exclusive interviews

- Latest trending topics, features from 881 / 903, audio columns, etc.

- Voting and commenting on radio program topics

FAQ

Why can't I use my registered email address to register again after my first registration failed?

To ensure that your personal information is properly stored and to avoid duplicate registration, your registered email address cannot be used for registration again. To check whether your registration is successful, please email your email address and invoice number to cs@881903.com.

How do I know I have successfully joined the club?

Under normal circumstances, you will receive a confirmation email from us within thirty minutes after successfully completing all registration and payment procedures. If you have not received the confirmation email within 2 working days, please send your email address and invoice number to cs@881903.com for enquiry.

Why can't I log in immediately after becoming a member?

It takes time for the system to update the member information. The account will take effect within one hour after successful registration. Please wait patiently.

Why can't some email addresses register as 881903 members?

Since some email systems cannot receive emails sent by 881903, please register using another email address.

Why did my service plan automatically renew?

If you have purchased a service plan with a credit card, an automatic renewal service will be attached to your account, which means that within 10 days before the expiration of the service plan, the computer system will automatically renew the same service plan with your registered credit card.

We will email you the expiration date of your service and how to stop automatic renewal before automatic renewal. Please update your email address regularly to ensure you receive relevant communications.

If I forget to renew my service plan before it expires, do I need to re-register?

If you do not register or renew using a credit card, you can log in to "Service Plans", select a plan and pay by credit card, or apply for offline payment and pay the service fee by cheque or bank direct deposit without having to re-register.
