Q: Can I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted?

A: Our first priority is to ensure that your items ship out as quickly as possible. Therefore, once your order has been confirmed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Due to this, we are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been submitted.

Q: How many units can I purchase of each style or SKU?

A: Hot Topic reserves the right to restrict, limit, cancel or alter orders according to the terms of purchase and return applicable to Bulk Purchasers.     I really enjoy shopping at Hot Topic. When the only store near me closed, I was sad. But then I found the app! Now I can shop at one of my favorite stores again and I am so happy!

    I had trouble on the website, so I switched to the app, but the same problem occurred on both platforms. It's fine when I look at items, but when I want to checkout, I can't find the continue button. I thought maybe the "go" button on my keyboard could help, but after entering my information and pressing "go", nothing happens except some strange coded message appearing. I also tried logging into my account, but couldn't remember my password. When I tried to reset it, the email never showed up.

    I really love Hot Topic. They always have the coolest stuff! I can find all the spooky things I want, especially with Halloween getting closer. The outfits and styles they have are so great - whether it's cute, dark, or scary. The app is super fast too. You can search for almost anything and it pops right up. The prices are awesome, and I'm a big fan of earning rewards through points.

    It's been a total nightmare trying to place an order since Monday. Every time I try, they keep delaying me. The worst part is, I end up missing out on getting the items because they sell out after I've already bought them and it's in my bank account pending. Then, they just cancel my order again and again, blaming it on my bank even though I've double-checked with them and everything seems fine. It's such a lame excuse that they keep throwing at me. I've missed out on so many items and deals because of this mess, and their customer service is simply atrocious. They just keep pushing the blame on us customers, and when it's all done, they couldn't care less if we lose out. It's just not worth the hassle. I've tried three times now, and it's still a complete failure. I won't be able to get the gifts I planned for people, apparently because they are already sold out. Such a letdown.

    The app has a lot of issues. It deletes items from my cart and wishlist without warning. When I try to checkout, it takes me to the hot topic website instead, which is confusing. I had to leave my items in the cart because it said it couldn't ship some outside the US, even though I have a US address. Overall, the app is not very useful due to all these glitches. I want to use it, but it's just too unreliable right now.

    It's enjoyable to browse through, but it's more efficient to use the website instead of the app. The app has some significant problems. Many products that are available on the website are not visible on the app. Additionally, when you click on certain links on the front page to navigate to different sections, it sometimes takes you to a completely different area. The wishlist feature tends to crash and stops functioning until you log out, which results in everything being removed from it. I haven't personally tried purchasing anything through the app since I primarily use it to keep track of items I want to buy in-store, so I can't provide feedback on that aspect.

    For nearly twenty years, I've faithfully followed HOT Topic as a loyal customer. The latest app update is really bad, in my opinion! My biggest problem is not being able to view my shopping cart; this prevents me from completing my purchase. Whenever I attempt to access my cart, an error message appears, prompting me to try again. However, each retry results in the same error message. This issue has persisted since the update, causing me to miss out on three significant sales. I'm quite disappointed and hope this feedback serves as a helpful reminder for others. Please address this problem!

    I am trying to check out but it keeps choosing store pickup for half of my order, which is not convenient because I live quite far from the store. Also, when I attempt to complete the checkout process, it indicates that I have no balance and do not need to pay, even though I can see my balance and shipping costs right there. Because of this error, I am unable to proceed with the purchase. The exact same issue is happening on Box Lunch's website too, and it is really frustrating. Please resolve this issue promptly or it will ruin my Christmas!

    Sure! So, there's this issue with the app since the last update where I can't place any delivery orders. When I try to check out, there's no total showing up. And when I try to confirm the order, it gives me an error message asking me to try again, saying my payment method is invalid even though I've used it before with no problems.
