I wish they would bring back the old app that was much easier to use. It feels like they changed things just for the sake of changing them. For example, when I try to search an area by zooming in on the map view, instead of showing me a more detailed list, it actually zooms out and gives me a long list. Also, once I click on a property, I can't seem to close it and go back to the map view easily. Another frustrating thing is that it keeps resetting my information like the number of people and dates every time I use it. I've been using this app for years, but now I'm considering switching to a different booking service with a better app design.

The app is really frustrating. Every time I try to book a property, it keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet, even though I've done everything - updated the app, restarted my phone, switched between wifi and cellular data. I can still check my account, view past trips, and search for things, but when it comes to booking a hotel room, suddenly I'm offline? Clearly, the issue is with the app itself. I'm writing this review because of this annoying problem. It's just a terrible app.

Oh man, this new app is just terrible. The old one was totally fine and had been working great for years. But now, every time I try to enter a destination city, the app either crashes or just keeps going back to the home page without letting me click on anything. It's so frustrating! Well, looks like I'll have to switch over to Snap Travel now. I book hotels a lot more than most people do, you know. I usually reserve 2 to 3 hotel rooms almost every weekend as I travel around the country for work.
