Respect your fellow Community members, hosts, guests and HSN staff by communicating in a way that is not harassing, abusive and overly negative. Keep the mood friendly!

Comments should remain on topic while participating in conversations. Assume good faith and honor the spirit of the conversation topic created by the original poster. If you disagree with a comment, share your opinion on the subject, not the person posting. Personal attacks aren't welcome here.

Avoid topics that are typically inflammatory including, but not limited to, politics, religion, race, ethnicity, and lifestyles. Talk of cheating or other fraudulent activity will be removed.

Things To Avoid

We have taken efforts to protect your privacy (HSN Privacy Policy) and to further protect you, personally identifiable information such as phone numbers, addresses, etc. that is posted will be removed.

We want to get to know you and that's hard to do if you have multiple profiles. With that in mind, creating multiple Community profiles is prohibited. Alternate profiles will be permanently removed and banned, and offending members will be subject to temporary and/or permanent bans in the HSN Community. We don�t want that to happen to you!

We encourage you to upload a profile image and share photos in the Community. However, avoid posting images or content that:

    Includes copyrighted logos, celebrities or other protected materials as discussed in the Conditions of Use and these Community Guidelines.

    Contains persons without their consent or parental/guardian consent if minors are pictured.

    Is offensive, sexually explicit in nature or advocating use of alcohol cigarette or drugs.

In the same spirit, you may never:

    Ask for financial information or solicit money/donations from other members.

    Provide medical advice or prescription recommendations.

    Engage in or encourage unlawful activity or fraudulent schemes.

    Post URLs to outside sites or use cryptic messages to skirt the rules

    Post destructive features, such as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, etc.

About Returns & Refunds

1. How do I exchange an item?

Exchanges are FREE!

Love your purchase, but need a different size or color? Our free and easy exchanges make it a snap to get exactly what you want. Just visit us online or give us a call to start your exchange. Then ship your item back within 30 days of receipt using the HSN return label and we’ll send you the same item in another size or color. We’ll even pay for return shipping—so it won’t cost you a thing.

To arrange for an exchange, sign in to your HSN.com account from a desktop computer and use the My Account dropdown menu to choose Order Status. Select “Exchange” from the list of options next to the order, then follow the prompts online to complete your request. Then ship your item back using the HSN return label and we’ll send you the same item in another size or color.

A few important things to know about exchanges…

We’re only able to exchange items that are currently in stock. If we don’t have the item in stock, we’ll refund you the amount of your original purchase.

Some items cannot be exchanged but may be returned for a refund.

Based on the product, the exchange order may be shipped immediately after the exchange is processed or you may be asked to return the original before the replacement is ships. If we’re able to ship the exchange order immediately, we ask that you return the original purchase within 15 days or we may rebill your original payment method.

All exchanges must be sent to the same shipping address as the original item. If you need the product shipped to a different address, you can return it for a refund and place a new order.

The Exchange link is only active while your order still qualifies for our 30-day return policy. If there are no exchange or return options provided in your Order Status list on hsn.com, the order may no longer qualify. If the order is within the return timeframe, the package may have been shipped directly from the manufacturer and the return label cannot be reprinted on HSN.com. In this situation, please contact Customer Service.

To arrange an exchange over the phone, please contact our Customer Service department at 1.800.933.2887 (8 am-1 am ET). We ask that you return the original item within 15 days of calling for an exchange.

2. How do I return an item?

It's so easy, here's all you need to know:

    Locate the available return method(s) listed on the packing slip.

    Select your preferred method of return.

    Remove the original shipping label from the outside of the package and replace it with the selected return label.

A detailed overview of the process…

You have the option to use our HSN Easy Return Label or the shipping carrier of your choice. To print a return label, sign in to your HSN.com account from a desktop computer and go to Order Status, then click Return Options and follow the simple step-by-step instructions.

    Step 1: Let us know the reason for your return and how you would like your return to be handled (refund, exchange, etc.) by completing the return form and enclosing it in the package along with your return. If printing your return label online, a return form will be available for you to print.

    Step 2: Repack all contents in the original packaging. Some items consist of several parts or pieces, so always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.

    Step 3: Choose a return method:

Option A: Use the prepaid HSN Easy Return Label.

Option B: Use a shipping carrier of your choice.

    Step 4: Cover/remove all original shipping labels on the box or package it arrived in.

If you're using the HSN Easy Return Label, affix your printed label to your package. Return the package to the carrier listed on the HSN Easy Return Label. Charges for the HSN Easy Return Label appear right on the label. Your return fee is deducted from your refund. Purchasing insurance is not necessary because it's included with the label charges. If an item is returned due to defect, HSN error, or you are requesting an exchange/replacement, HSN will refund the shipping & handling and will not deduct the Easy Return Label fee.

If you're returning through a shipping carrier of your choice, select ground service and insure the item for full value of the merchandise being returned. Remember to enclose the completed return form in the package. Keep the remaining invoice for your records. Send your package to the HSN return address provided on the HSN Easy Return Label. For returns, credits to a credit card will be applied upon processing but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
