HungerBox Cafe - Food ordering & delivery

I am so impressed by the HungerBox app! It has totally changed how I order food. The interface is super easy to use, it's such a breeze to check out all the different options. There are so many restaurants and cuisines to pick from on the app, you can definitely find something to satisfy any craving.

I've been trying out this app for a few months, but I really don't get it. I could just go straight to the counter and use UPI to pay. What's the benefit of using Hungerbox? It feels like more hassle and another chance for something to go wrong. It seems like innovation without any real purpose.

Three times, money was taken from my account, but the payment did not go through for my HungerBox app order. I couldn't purchase the items I wanted. This has happened multiple times in the past week, especially within the last three or four days. The amount gets deducted from my card balance, but the order doesn't go through. It's frustrating to keep trying to place the same order over and over. This app is really bad. Companies should let us make direct payments at the cafeteria.

The app no longer displays codes. The scanning feature does not function when sharing codes with friends. It's like an anti-social app.

This app is great for ordering tasty food. You can see various types of food that the cafeteria has. No need to wait in line.

I really dislike having to use this app now that I'm back in the office. The loading screen keeps flashing so often while it's loading, it feels like it should come with a warning for triggering epilepsy. Also, the app needs a lot of data bandwidth, which means it won't work well in the cafeterias. These places are usually tucked away in corners of the building and filled with lots of people. It's frustrating because I can easily watch videos on YouTube, but this app just won't cooperate. If I had a choice, I would never use this app. But sadly, I don't have a choice in the matter.

If the staff aren't trained properly, then this app won't work well. After scanning it, the shop staff begin preparing the order. Because of this, the waiting time is longer.
