Hungry Howies - Pizza Delivery & Ordering

Everything is going well. I usually don't order food through an app, but I decided to give it a try with the Hungry Howies app. I have no complaints, so I would definitely recommend this app to others.

Ordering through the app has been much better lately. It's easy to use and applying deals is a breeze. However, I'm not too sure about the tracking service. Last time I ordered, the tracker didn't update itself after I placed my order. It just stayed on "making my pie" until I refreshed it manually. It was a little annoying but not a big deal.

It's frustrating to use. When you hit the hardware back button or swipe back, instead of going back like it should, it just shuts down the app. And every time the app shuts down, everything in your cart disappears, forcing you to start from scratch. It's a really bad experience. They should make the back button or swipe actually take you back, all the way until you reach the app’s home screen, and only then close the app.

Oh, we really enjoy Howie's! But the app can be a bit confusing to use. You have to be careful when applying your deal, or you might end up being charged double. I prefer giving a cash tip to ensure that my food is delivered quickly and still warm. The app looks great, but it would be better if coupons automatically applied to items without having to click them twice. Thanks for listening!

I really like this app a lot. I gave it the top rating of 5 stars because everything pretty much works well for me. What I enjoy is being able to pick exactly how much of each topping I want on my food, and also having the option to ask for my order to be left at my door. The use of coupons on the app is fantastic. One thing that bothers me is that the pick-up and delivery buttons look very similar. This happened to me twice now where I accidentally clicked on pick up instead of delivery. By the time I realized what I did, I had to drive out to get my food and it was already cold. If the buttons were different colors, it would help me notice and avoid making this mistake in the future.

Oh no, it's not good at all. The app crashes when you try to switch to another one or use a password manager. The design is really bad, sometimes you have to hide the keyboard just to scroll. And it can freeze for no reason sometimes. Their password guidelines are unclear, I couldn't create a random one that fit. I might call them or simply look for another option instead.

So, imagine this: the app should have a nifty menu button. This way, you can easily check out all the delicious options without having to place an order first. It would be super convenient, don't you think? Oh, and it would be awesome if the app had more cool features to make it super user-friendly. I mean, it's kinda tricky to change my favorite settings. I gave it a shot for the first time, but unfortunately, my pizza wasn't exactly as expected. But hey, on the bright side, the pizzas did arrive right on time and boy, do they taste amazing!

I really enjoy eating at Hungry Howie's. The food there is just so delicious. But, I've had some trouble with their app. It has made me order the wrong food about 20 times now. I'm actually thinking about learning how to do programming just so I can fix the app myself. It's frustrating because when you press the back arrow on your Android phone, the app closes and erases your order. You have to remember to use the in-app back arrow, which goes against what every other app does.

The app worked pretty well, but I only gave it one star because of some problems with the programming. Certain items can be selected but no description appears when you see the green dot. The Terms of Service also had a green dot by the check out but no text or link to open them. Everything was invisible and couldn't be highlighted - just terrible!

Sure thing! You have a great app. To make it even better, consider adding a button that allows users to easily use their current location when placing a delivery order from out of town.
