How to register in Hwahae app

When entering the app for the first time, the first page will be the Log In. Here are 4 ways to log in as shown below for you to choose from.

You can choose any way to log in. If you already have a connection to your account on your phone, it will be even faster.

The next step is to fill in personal information. If you choose to sign up by email, the information you need to fill in include:

Nickname

After agreeing with all the terms of use, you can click "다음" (next) to move to the next step. 

Next, you will be asked to choose your sex, how you found out about Hwahae, and your year of birth. When you choose the year of birth, if you are over 18 and you have a child under 5 years old, Hwahae will display more information related to your children to help you further. 

Then you will have to fill in the information about your skin type and your skin problems, based on the translation below to fill in the information to match your skin and problems.

건성: dry skin type

중성: neutral skin type

지성: oily skin type

복합성: combination skin type

해당없음: no problems

아토피: atopic dermatitis

여드름: acne

민감성: sensitiveness

This profile will help Hwahae display and provide information about products that are suitable for the user's skin that can solve a specific problem. After clicking the "화해 시작하기" button, you are all done with the registration and will be taken to the Home page like below and can start using.

There is a "NOW" tab that will display information about new products for the month and new events (discounts, promotions when buying on Hwahae - only applicable in Korea). On this interface, the “Ranking” (랭킹) tab will include detailed rankings as listed on the NOW tab. The "Shopping" (화해쇼핑) tab is used to purchase goods, and the "Category" (카테고리검색) tab includes information categorized by topic. The “Search by ingredients” (성푼으로검색)  tab allows you to search products having specific ingredients.
