1. Can non-members purchase products?

Hmall allows non-members to order products.

Even if you order as a non-member, you can receive the same gifts and prizes as if you were a member. You can conveniently order through Hmall's non-member ordering/free ordering phone number (080-000-0000)/KakaoTalk.

※Since you cannot receive additional H.Point accrual benefits when ordering as a non-member, we recommend that you sign up for an integrated H.Point membership and use it.

2. How to cancel membership?

▷PC

You can cancel your membership by selecting [My Page > Member Information > Cancel Membership] at the top of the screen.

▷Mobile

You can cancel your membership by selecting [My Page > 'Hyundai Home Shopping Co., Ltd.' at the bottom of the screen.

※ Note

1. If there are orders in the process of delivery or return, your membership will not be canceled.

2. Your personal information will not be restored even if you re-register.

3. Your accumulated points, deposits, discount coupons, and other benefits on Hmall will be automatically deleted and will not be restored even if you re-register.

4. When you re-register, you cannot use the ID you previously used.

3. What are Good Luck Items? 

Good Luck Items are products selected by Hmall that are sold at good prices, benefits, and composition. Products registered as Good Luck Items are marked with Good Luck Item at the top of the details page, and the total number of sales can be checked during the Good Luck Item exhibition period.
