Wow, that must have been a really frustrating experience with that food delivery service! I mean, come on, why would the courier even take the order if they had another delivery going on at the same time? And to make matters worse, after waiting for two hours, the courier finally showed up but couldn't communicate in any language other than Hindi. That must have been quite tricky to handle! And can you believe it, they refused to hand over the food and just left like that! Oh, and to top it off, the refund wasn't even given in full. Sounds like an absolute nightmare of a situation to deal with!

If the delivery person doesn't call to let you know they've arrived, then they won't be able to return the money. In other words, no phone call, no food and no refund.

Oh man, the service is just terrible. They're always late—literally every single order is over half an hour late. And to top it off, they still have the nerve to show an "estimated" time on the app. Can you believe it?

So, it's like when you're trying to track your order and the app says the delivery person has been hanging out in front of your place for ten minutes but you can't actually see them?

Oh no, what a bummer! The app messed up and totally messed with my order. I only ended up receiving one thing out of everything I ordered. And to make matters worse, they still went ahead and charged me for the items that never made it to me. Such a frustrating situation!

So, I downloaded this app and tried to order food from a couple of restaurants. But guess what? They both turned down my orders! And to make matters worse, I got charged for both attempts. When I reached out to their customer support to complain, they assured me that I would get my money back within 3-5 days. I'm not holding my breath, but one thing's for sure - I definitely won't be relying on that platform again.
