At what time can I check in and check out of the hotel?

Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00. These times may vary slightly depending on the destination you have chosen. You can request a late check-out or early check-in if you need it (this service is subject to availability and may incur a charge).

Are pets allowed in Iberostar hotels?

At Iberostar Waves Ciudad Blanca and Iberostar Selection Albufera Park in Mallorca, your pet is welcome. (Service with extra cost) Please consult directly with the hotel of your choice or with our customer service.
