iCam365 - Monitor home video

I want to talk about the camera and its app. I had a subscription to record all movement for seven days, but now it says "expired" even though I try to subscribe again. It tells me I'm already subscribed and should cancel to avoid a duplicate, but there's no button or contact information to help me do that. If someone else has managed to solve this problem, please tell me how you did it.

The app is pretty good for a low-cost camera. There are a few notifications that you might still see in Chinese. If you sign in using Google and use the same Gmail as your email, you will end up with two separate accounts. Only accounts created with an email and password can be used to log in to the Windows app. It would be awesome if there was a widget that displayed the camera image and refreshed it regularly.

Oh, man, I'm totally in love with this device and the service it comes with – it's just amazing! The device itself is so versatile, giving you clear pictures and even has smart technology to track humanoid figures, how cool is that? It doesn't miss a beat. These guys have really dedicated themselves to creating one of the best security cameras out there – super versatile and top-notch for sure!

The cameras are decent, but when I use the quarter view for home surveillance, they disconnect after a short while and stop updating. To get them working again, I have to exit the quarter screen and go back in. I've reported this problem multiple times on the app and sent two emails to the company, but haven't heard back from them at all. I'll gladly adjust my rating if they resolve this issue or reply to me.

The first review I gave was correct at that time. However, after receiving assistance with setting up one of my cameras, I am happy to revise my review. I am now very happy with how the camera works. I do have a recommendation for the possibility to zoom in on the picture for a closer view. Apart from that, I am pleased to own it. During the first week of using it, the camera captured a clear image of a thief entering my back door shortly after I had left my house. This photo was then given to the Sheriff. I will install the second camera as soon as I decide on its placement.

This camera takes awesome pictures and the videos are amazing! I had trouble with the cloud service, but using a good SD card fixed that. Just make sure you have one and you'll be all set.

You know, I signed up for this service and they keep taking my money every month. There's no way for me to stop it. I tried reaching out to customer service but they were no help at all. Can you believe that? It's really frustrating.

I downloaded this app thinking it would help me set up my cameras, but I've had no luck. None of the 6 devices I own work with the app, and the one device that does just keeps crashing. I can't even get the cameras set up. Just a waste of time.
