What is it, and what is it used for?

All data is gathered here related to your company, profile, email access, notifications you wish to receive, contracted products, synchronisation with Google Calendar and all the frequently asked questions you automatically send to your clients by mail.

Profile and access: you can add or change your photo

Company: you can change characteristics related to the office

Online office: you can save data such as the name of your office, contact email and the listings the office shows online.

Email templates: you can edit the templates and letters you will send to your clients via email

Integrations: integrate with property website leads, Google Calendar. Connect your idealista/tools with other leading platforms in the market to expand the capacity of your CRM experience even more.

Subscriptions: you can easily choose the subscriptions you want to receive from idealista

Profile and access

In Profile, you can add or change your photo for it to be visible in your office, which lets you quickly see who each property or request belongs to. 

To access profile, click on Settings > Profile

You also have the option of modifying your login email and password. You can activate the two-step access function in order to increase the security of your account.

Access and Permissions

In access and permissions, you can configure whether the users created have permission to publish or highlight listings.

To do this, click on Settings > Access and Permissions

Contact Management

You can decide whether agents will be able to manage all the contacts received or only those from their listings.
