Why don't my drivers/taxis leave automatically?

The automatic taxi driving is only unlocked at a certain point for certain taxis/drivers.

Tap on a Taxi spot in the garage, then tap on the Driver icon. Look for the “Automation Ready” section with an “i” icon next to it. If you tap on this, it will tell you the level requirements to automate that Taxi, e.g. you maybe need a Level 5 Driver.

The game feels very difficult - what can I do about that?

Make sure to look for anything you haven't upgraded yet - you need to spend money to make money! Better taxis with better Drivers may cost you money at the start, but then they will earn you more and more!

Remember to use the voluntary video ads if you want a quick boost of cash or taxi speed in exchange for watching a video!

If you see customers waiting on the sidewalks with taxi bubbles above their heads - tap on them! They will give you a little bit of free Cash.

How do I promote drivers?

You need to collect more Driver cards with the same Driver on. Then you can go to the Drivers section at the bottom of the screen.

From here, tap on the Driver who has a green arrow on their picture - these are the ones you can promote/level up!

Once in the Driver\'s own screen, you can see their level, their statistics, and you can use coffee to level them up!

What are "calls waiting" for drivers? Is it better to have a high or low number of calls waiting?

The number on the wall in the Call Center represents the calls waiting → if the number is high you need to upgrade your Call Center.

If the number on the wall in the Waiting Room is high, then your Drivers aren’t fast enough try upgrading your taxis, or objects in the break room to get your Drivers on the road faster. You can also levelup/promote your Drivers, or maybe even watch a video ad to get a temporary boost on taxi speed.

How do I get new drivers / new driver cards?

You get new drivers via driver cards, and you get driver cards from Chests.

You get Chests as rewards for reaching upgrade milestones (e.g. when you upgrade the Body of a specific Taxi a certain number of times), or you can get more Chests with Gems in the game Shop.

You can also get them by reaching upgrade milestones.
