    The interface looks fine, but there were times when it stopped working and I couldn't back up any files, even after redoing my whole account. It seemed to fix on its own, but might happen again later. On 3/7/2023, all my timeline vanished, showing "No media files backed up." I deleted and restored the app, logged in again, yet still no timeline. The website portal gave the same outcome. So frustrating, especially since I pay for this service.

    It has been more than a year, and the app is still repeatedly uploading the identical picture. Only a few days back, it went on to reupload all the pictures and videos stored on my phone. The servers function at an agonizingly slow pace. While I can tolerate the sluggish service due to its inexpensive nature, the issue lies in how the data and battery get drained by the redundant picture uploads.

    The cloud storage price is awesome, but the user interface feels outdated. It's really not smooth. While the main service is backup, having a public API for Cloud Drive would be beneficial for integration with other apps. Choosing photos to back up could be better. Personally, I like using the iDrive Photos app for that.

    The Cloud Drive isn't working very well. I want to upload files from my Android device to the Cloud Drive, not for backup. The interface can see my Android's folders, but they all appear empty. I can upload photos easily, but documents or PDFs don't work. If you need a basic cloud backup, this could work. But if you want to use the Cloud Drive for other things, it's best on desktop and find a different mobile solution.

    The experience has been disappointing. I was unsatisfied with DropBox, so I looked into another option. A tech magazine highly recommended this new service, so I decided to try it out. However, after a month, the app is still not working properly. I am unable to upload my photos, and I haven't received an explanation for the issue. During one conversation, they requested three times that I send them "error reports". Following their instructions, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times, but the problem persisted. They continue to ask for error reports repeatedly. It's frustrating.

    Oh man, this cloud service is just the pits. I really should've known better than to fall for that hype from the local radio ads. They lured me in with a sweet deal - nearly a year of free 5TB cloud storage, but that was just the beginning of my troubles. The service was so glitchy, it felt like I was fighting it every step of the way. And when I needed help, I couldn't even find any support to turn to. It was a nightmare! Thankfully, I switched over to Google Cloud, and even though I'm paying more, it's totally worth it. Everything runs smoothly and I finally have some peace of mind.

    I have been reading many negative reviews for this app. My experience is about image backup. The app automatically backs up images at Good quality instead of Original, which compresses the image and removes the exif data. This resulted in me losing important image quality data for the past 2 years when I thought I was securely backing up to transfer to a new phone. I had wiped my old phone, so this whole situation has been quite a disaster.

    As of June 2019, everything is going smoothly! This backup solution truly stands out as one of the best. In the past review, when automatic backup of cellphone photos is set for Wi-Fi only and there's no Wi-Fi around, seeing that message isn't ideal. It's clear that without Wi-Fi, the pictures won't get backed up. Besides that, I'm really loving this app and product.

    For over a decade, the backup feature on my Samsung phones has been nothing but a headache. Despite trying it on multiple flagship models and different versions of Android, ranging from 4 to 12, the problem persists. Even with a high-speed fiber internet connection, the backup process never finishes. The lack of detailed logs and limited controls add to the frustration. When reaching out to customer support in the USA, the frontline agents struggle to resolve basic issues, and escalating to "level 2" support means dealing with an offshore team. Recently, however, I've noticed that the level 2 support team is putting in more effort, which I appreciate. But they still haven't managed to fix the issue with the incorrect count of files left unprotected. In my opinion, the app is in desperate need of a complete overhaul.

    It took more than a month to make this app work on Android. The technical support hasn't been much help yet. iDrive doesn't work with the data saver mode that got turned on by some utility, which it couldn't detect or turn off. Also, iDrive is incompatible with the Lookout AV security app when its VPN mode is activated. You need to do some serious digging in Lookout to find it and disable it, but iDrive couldn't detect it or prompt me to turn it off.
