iGO Navigation - GPS route guidance

Hey, it's all good now! One thing I wanted to mention is maybe allowing users to adjust the UI scaling. On my phone, the app looks really oversized (which of course is helpful for driving), but it doesn't match the rest of my phone's display, making it look a bit awkward. Oh, and speaking of support, I give it a 10 out of 10! The maps are fantastic. I'm really digging the new interface too – it's got such a sleek and modern vibe.

Ok, so I got this app for my Android car radio and bought the maps and TSS packets to test it out. First thing, the voice guidance doesn't work properly. It starts off fine, but then gets too soft to hear after a couple of times, and it messes with the radio sound. I complained about it, but they blamed the radio instead. But if it's the radio's fault, why does it work fine with other navigation apps? Secondly, the maps are outdated and the 3D feature doesn't even work unless you pay extra for it. It's frustrating that you can't just put these additional files on an SD card. I asked for a refund or for them to fix the issues. In my opinion, there are better apps out there that you could use. I opened a ticket and received an email saying the problem was fixed and asking me to rate them. But nothing has been resolved, and I can't even locate the case number on their site or access my account. Their service and site are awful. I've been waiting for three weeks for a refund with no response from IGO. I doubt I'll ever see my money back from them. My advice to everyone is to steer clear of this company!

The tactile feedback when navigating through menus is a nice touch. However, it fell short of getting the 5th star for a few reasons. The price to purchase the app, especially $30 for U.S. maps, is steep compared to other GPS apps I use that are either free or much cheaper. It would be better if I could just buy the maps for the single state I live in and travel through for a lower cost. Another downside is that the app's audio focus stops my music abruptly instead of just lowering the volume when I'm approaching turns, which is quite bothersome.

Even after buying multiple packages for North America including the traffic package, North America package, and 3D package, these features are still missing. Additionally, the app does not provide audio alerts for speed and red light cameras, unlike Waze. However, a positive aspect is that the app works even in areas with no cellular signal.

Oh, iGO is amazing! It's not just a regular map app, it's packed with so much depth and features. From the beautiful trip computer to the route simulation, it's my absolute favorite app. And here's a tip: if you're new to iGO, just tap around on the screen. Explore every button and option you see. You'll be amazed at how many hidden treasures you'll discover. For drivers who need precision and professionalism, iGO is definitely the top choice. Those who rate it less than 5 stars probably haven't fully experienced all that iGO has to offer.

You bought the EU maps and the UK map for navigation on your device, which you consider to be the best available. Additionally, you got the 3D package but are unsure of what it does exactly. Can you please elaborate on that? Thanks a lot!

I tried the 30-day trial of Europe on Greedy, and it was good. You can download any country you want. However, there is a costly navigation package that limits testing all features before making a decision. I would rate it 3 stars because I used iGO in the past, and it was mostly reliable.

Navigation is great for cars and okay for semi trucks. A few times, it led me past the sign that says "no trucks" even though I have the "Truck & Caravan" package. Today, I got a new phone and downloaded the app. It offered me a "7-day trial package" even though I had only used the trial on my old phone. Will I have to pay each time I switch phones or reset mine? I tried restoring purchases, restarting the phone, and reinstalling the app. I'm certain I'm using the same account because I only have one and haven't had issues with other apps.

The new navigation app is not as good as my old one running iGO. The arrival time icons are too small, the overspeed sound alert and speed cameras alerts don't work. I haven't heard back from the developers yet, even though they responded quickly when I asked about buying the app. Their service has been terrible so far. I'm waiting for a response and now I want a full refund. Let's see what happens next.

I'm happy to share that my payment issue was quickly resolved, and I want to commend the loyalty of NNG. I've been using iGo on various devices for the past 6 years and I am extremely satisfied with the app! The recent update has made it look great and function perfectly on my S10.
