    The team fixed the issue within 24 hours, I changed my rating to 2 stars for their quick response. However, the product's performance is still poor compared to its target scope. Investing in UX and performance resources is crucial. The part of the app for managing Carte Navigo is currently unavailable without any error message, which creates a terrible user experience.

    That app was the worst. It just suddenly stopped working and I lost the ticket I bought for the whole month. And before that, I already had trouble with it when my phone broke. They said nothing could be done because the ticket was on the phone. So frustrating! Oh, and don't get me started on their customer service – terrible. After two bad experiences, I decided to uninstall the app.

    This app is not good because it lacks features that other apps have at a lower price. The NFC function doesn't work with all phones, only with specific provider's SIM card. It's weird that you can't use the NFC on your phone to take the bus, you need a simcard from ORANGE or a specific Samsung phone. I think there might be some deal between these companies and the app developers.

    The devices are not supported even though they're made by the same company that developed Android. Plus, all the help pages are only in French with no way to change the language or use Google Translate.

    User really likes the app. They can add favorite routes and easily track when the next TER leaves with one click. It's quite accurate, although sometimes the live tracking has a small glitch. But overall, they find the schedule always reliable.

    App was good before but after I upgraded to Android 15 on my Pixel 6 Pro, the validation feature stopped working. Seems like my phone is not compatible with the app now.

    So, the issue was the app getting shut down by Android because it was running in the background. I solved this problem by going to Settings > Battery > Power Saving Exclusions and choosing both the ticket app and the companion app. No need to contact the developers because the feedback link is only in French. The weekly pass I purchased for my phone doesn't work properly at the turnstile – I usually end up with a red X.
