Payment methods

After booking, the order information and electronic payment options will be displayed. Depending on the currency selected, you will see different payment methods: GPwebpay, PayU, PayPal, WayForPay, PrivatBank. Select the appropriate option and complete the payment.

What if I don't have a bank card and only have cash?

You can pay in cash:

- at our office in Ukraine (Lviv, Chernievetska Street 9);

- at a self-service terminal in Ukraine (Privat Bank);

- by transferring money to our bank account in PLN, CZK, EUR.

In all other cases, online payment is only possible by credit card.

What should I do if my payment did not go through?

There may be several reasons why the payment was not successful:

- insufficient funds;

- your bank card is not activated for online payments;

- you have exceeded the daily online transaction limit set by your bank;

- your bank card is not activated for international payments;

We recommend that you contact your bank to troubleshoot the problem. After contacting your bank, try to pay again.

How can I change the dates of my flight?

To reschedule, you need to contact the call center, send an email or leave a message in the online chat on our website. For some routes, a fee may be charged for rescheduling.

The payment was processed, but I did not receive the ticket

- After the payment has been successfully made, we recommend that you check the email address provided when booking. The letter with the ticket will be automatically sent to this mailbox;

- Check the "spam" folder;

- Check that the email address provided is correct;

- If you still have not received the ticket, please contact our support service.
