With the Ingo® Money App, you can cash various types of checks – paychecks, business checks, personal checks - almost anywhere and anytime. Access your funds quickly in your bank, prepaid card, or PayPal accounts within minutes of approval. You can also choose to pay credit card bills or allocate funds to multiple accounts. Once your check is approved, the money is readily usable for in-store, online, and Google Pay purchases and payments. Note that specific terms and fees apply.

1.Why can’t I register in the Ingo Money App?

You will not be able to register if Ingo Money cannot verify your identity—for instance, if your name and address don’t match or your name and Social Security Number don’t match. Please be sure to check, and double check, all of your information and confirm that your name matches the one on your Social Security card. 2.How do I re-set my password?

If you can’t remember your password, or if you wish to change it, sign-in and tap ‘Forgot Password.’ Then, enter your email address, the last four digits of your Social Security Number and your date of birth. We will email a temporary password to the email address we have on record that you can use to sign-in. You will then be prompted to create a new password.

3.How do I link bank, prepaid & PayPal accounts?

To use Ingo Money, you must link at least one bank account, prepaid card or PayPal account to your Ingo Money user profile so that we have an account on record to which we can send your money. To link an account, from the main menu, tap ‘My Accounts,’ then tap ‘Link a New Account’ and follow the screen prompts to add your account information. Tap the ‘Card’ tab to enter your bank debit card, prepaid card or credit card account information. Tap ‘PayPal’ and follow the screen prompts to link your PayPal account.

4.What do I do with my check after I submit it?

If we approve your check, we may ask you to void your check and send a picture of your voided check to us for review before we release your funds to your selected accounts. Hold on to your check until you receive confirmation in the app or via email that your accounts have been funded. You can also check your bank account, prepaid card, credit card or PayPal account balance to confirm that your funds have been posted to your selected account(s) by the account issuer. Remember that while most banks, prepaid card issuers and PayPal make funds available to spend immediately, some banks may take up to 24 hours to post your funds. Most credit card issuers typically post payments in 24 hours.

Getting started with the Ingo Money App is simple. Set up your Ingo Money profile directly in the app and link your bank debit card, prepaid card, PayPal account, and credit cards. To cash a check, just snap photos of the front and back and submit them for review. Upon approval and funding of your account or payment of your bill, your funds are guaranteed. The Ingo Money App is designed for identity-verified users to cash U.S. financial account-issued checks to fund various types of accounts, including debit, prepaid, and credit cards from numerous U.S. financial institutions like Chase®, Bank of America®, Citi®, as well as PayPal™ accounts and many prepaid cards. The funds can be used to settle retail credit card bills from a wide range of retailers. Moreover, mobile banking apps such as American Express Serve® and Bluebird by American Express also provide access to the Ingo Money service. Various payment networks like Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, among others, support the Ingo Money service.

Ingo Money, Inc., in collaboration with Sunrise Banks, N.A., offers the Ingo Money service governed under their respective Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies. Typically, approval review time ranges from 3 to 5 minutes, occasionally extending up to an hour. While fees are associated with approved Money in Minutes transactions, unapproved checks won't be funded. In case of illegal or fraudulent use, Ingo Money retains the right to recover losses. As for costs, transaction fees, and terms linked to account funding and usage, refer to your Cardholder or Account Agreement. Please note that the Ingo Money service is not available for use in New York.
