Overview: INPS Mobile enables interaction with various online services available on the website www.inps.it. INPS is now closer to you through different communication channels.

The service display has been reorganized allowing users different types of access, including the ability to navigate based on user type or topic.

The main view allows viewing of the latest news, access to the Institute's social media, saving favorite services enabling direct navigation to specific services.

Users can view the complete list of available services even without entering the credentials required for some of the services in the INPS mobile app.

They must log in with PIN / SPID / CIE only when choosing to use an authenticated service.

This version features a new user interface, designed specifically for utilizing the new features.

The navigation system is 'Tab Bar'-type and updated to app usability standards.

Further updates:

- added a tutorial guiding the user through the use of the new graphical interface on first access

- services categorized by theme, user type

- ability to view the Institute's social channels

- view news and press releases

- added the option to authenticate with SPID

- create a list of favorite services;

- search for services by name;

- report technical issues.

NOTE: INPS Mobile is an official app of the National Social Security Institute, the Italian government's social security agency, developed for all INPS user groups (workers, families, retirees, unemployed/inactives, and suspended workers), providing access to numerous consultation and documentation submission services.

This app is intended for all Italian citizens (resident and non-resident) to utilize the services of the Institute on the go.
