1. Maintenance service process

(1) Submit application

Please log on to the official website of Yingshi Insta360 to submit or follow the official WeChat official account "Yingshi Insta360", click Service Support - After sales Application, select WeChat to log in and fill in your product information and personal information (if your work order requires an RMA code, please contact service@insta360.com After submitting the application, the system will automatically generate a repair work order for you.

(2) Send out the product

After the repair application is submitted successfully, we will push and send back the guidance information to you through WeChat official account "Yingshi Insta360", SMS or email. You can send the product to the designated after-sales repair service center according to the guidance. After the product is sent out, please go to the repair service interface of the official website of Yingshi Insta360 or the WeChat official account "Yingshi Insta360" to fill in the express company and the number of the order, so that the repair center can quickly match your repair order after receiving the package.

(3) After sales maintenance

After receiving your product, the Insta360 after-sales repair service center will conduct a comprehensive inspection. If it is determined that the product is not within the scope of free warranty, please confirm the quotation based on the provided quotation and pay for the repair. After payment is completed, the repair will be arranged. If it is determined that the product has performance failures during the warranty period, free repairs will be arranged. (4) Return the product

After the repair is completed, the after-sales service center of Yingshi Insta360 will mail the repaired products to you. 2. Maintenance costs

(1) Warranty repair service: Depending on the test results.

If it is determined through testing that a certain part of the product has quality problems during the warranty period, the user does not need to pay for repair costs; If it is determined through inspection that the damage is caused by human factors, payment for repair is required.

(2) Out of warranty repair service: paid repair.

All paid repair work orders will have the corresponding quotation sent to you by the after-sales service center.

3. Logistics costs

(1) Warranty repair service: Depending on the test results.

After testing, it has been determined that there is a quality issue that occurred during the warranty period, and the round-trip shipping cost will be borne by our company; After inspection, it was determined that the damage was caused by human factors, and the round-trip shipping cost needs to be borne by the user. If it is determined through testing that there are both quality issues and human damage, our company will still bear the round-trip shipping costs.

(2) Out of warranty repair service: The round-trip shipping cost is borne by the user.

The products of Shadow Stone Insta360 will be repaired or replaced based on specific fault details. If your product is repaired or replaced at a discounted price by Insta360, your old equipment or damaged parts will become the property of Insta360 and will be stored and recycled by our company.

How to check the camera serial number?

You can find the camera serial number through the following methods:

1. If you have kept the camera packaging box, you can check it through the packaging box;
