    Stopped using the other one because it doesn't work. Have to click a thousand times to open it and sometimes it doesn't work.

    The app keeps losing connection with the cameras all the time. If you need to open it quickly, you won't be able to see what's happening. Even with updates, they can't fix the issue. The quality is really bad.

    Watching cameras on my computer works fine. But on the app, nothing opens... I can hardly ever see anything. It's sad.

    Adding a device was not possible on the first, second, third, or fourth tries.

    So, the ISIC 6 was already not great, and then they manage to make an update that's even worse. They took away the feature to watch recordings at a higher speed, which is essential and now I can't find it anymore. On top of that, the difficulty and errors when trying to connect to the cameras are constant. Really bad. Update: The app now has the function to watch videos up to 8x speed. At least in theory, because in practice, you can only see a few seconds with the video going fast. TERRIBLE.
