1. How much is the Service Fee?

The service fee for each genre is as follows.

Ticket Service Fee Adjustments

    Musicals/Concerts (excluding certain products such as online concerts, fan club memberships, etc.): 8,000 won

    Other Performances/Sports: 3,000 won

    Leisure/Exhibitions: Free

    Service fees may vary by product, so please check when making a purchase.

2. What payment methods are available for booking?

    Interpark Global only accepts credit cards issued outside of South Korea.

        Accepted types: VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB, and UNIONPAY

    Please note that we do not accept credit cards issued in South Korea.

3. What currencies are accepted for payment?

We support payment in 24 currencies including KRW, USD, JPY, and CNY.

The available payment currencies can be confirmed after entering your credit card information in the payment window. You can choose between the currency of your credit card’s issuing country and Korean Won(KRW).

4. Why are there queues?

A queue occurs when a limited number of tickets are available for purchase at a time, but many customers want to purchase tickets at the same time. The queue ensures that tickets are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis while detecting and blocking traffic that attempts to fraudulently purchase tickets using bots or macros.

Usage Guidelines

How can I book Interpark tickets successfully?

Before the Sale Begins:

    1. Prepare your Interpark account.

    2. Ensure your membership information, including delivery details, is up to date.

    3. Decide which device you will use for booking and log in to Interpark.

    4. Review the casting, timing, and venue seating information to plan your strategy.

    5. Check the detailed product information for any booking restrictions or identity verification requirements set by the event organizer.

On Sale:

    1. Enter the detailed product page and wait before the booking starts.

    2. Once the booking begins, you will receive a queue number. Do not refresh or close the window, as this will reset your queue number.

    3. Ensure you are only booking from one device per account, or your booking may be restricted.

    4. You can see the available seats in real-time without refreshing, so please wait patiently.

How can I cancel my order?

    1. Log on to the website and go into “My Ticket”. 

    2. You can find “Cancel Ticket Order” button, and proceed the following steps.

How do I use the "Verified Member Only" service?

You can be a "Verified Member" by finishing identity verification on the product page you wish to reserve.

To verify your identity, please follow the steps below:

    1. Click "Verified Member Only" button on the product page.

    2. Scan the QR code provided on the verification instruction pop-up window with your mobile phone.

    3. You will be sent to the verification page and please accept the Privacy Policy and KYC. If you did not provide an e-mail address during sign-up, you will need to enter one.

    4. Enter the verification number sent to your e-mail, select your nationality, and take a picture of your passport as instructed.

    5. Review and edit the passport information if necessary.

    6. Take a picture of your face as instructed.

    7. Once the verification is complete, refresh the product page on your PC.

    8. If the verification is successful, the "Buy Ticket" button will be displayed on the product page on your PC.
