What can you get
Impartiality
Embraced by millions of users and free from any alliances with internet service providers, we stand as the optimal tool to evaluate your internet connection impartially. Our export features empower you to leverage the test outcomes to ensure accountability from your internet provider.
Global Accuracy
Our internet speed test is dependable across the globe, facilitated by a testing network comprising high-speed 10Gbps servers. This ensures swift and accurate speed assessments even for the fastest internet connections. Unlike other speed test applications, we are fully prepared for 5G speed evaluations.
Scheduled Assessments
The automated check function enables you to schedule recurring speed tests to consistently oversee your internet connection and speed performance.
Compatible with Any Connection Type
Speedcheck functions both as an internet speed gauge for cellular networks (5G, LTE, 4G, 3G) and as a wifi analyzer to execute wifi speed tests for wifi hotspots. The speed test supports 4G, 5G, DSL, ADSL, Fiber, Broadband, and even satellite connections like Starlink - essentially any internet connection imaginable can be tested.
Enhanced Tools for WiFi Network Analysis
By activating advanced Wi-Fi statistics, the app measures the actual Wi-Fi connection speed in your network, allowing you to discern if your WiFi or internet connection is constraining your online experience.
Network Diagnosis
Our sophisticated tools aid in finding the optimal placement for Wi-Fi routers or resolving common connectivity issues. In the event of internet complications, our team is readily available to provide assistance via email.
New to Internet Speed Assessment? - We've Got You Covered
While our speed test is straightforward to run, merely gauging speed isn't very beneficial if you're unsure of what the results indicate. To simplify the comprehension of your internet speed readings, we offer a straightforward overview detailing how vital internet activities such as emailing, web browsing, gaming, video streaming, or chatting will perform on your connection.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Etrality GmbH cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Etrality GmbH customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Etrality GmbH with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Etrality GmbH to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Etrality GmbH will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Related Questions:
1. Why should I test my internet speed with an internet speed test?
An internet speed test measures the connection speed and quality of your connected device to the internet. It does so by running multiple consecutive tests that analyze different aspects of your internet connection, namely ping (latency), download speed, and upload speed. Each of these values represents the connection's specific qualities, which you can read more about in the paragraph after the next. These should help you understand the final speed test results. But before we get to these, we first want to discuss how to perform each test.
2. How to test download speed?
To speed test internet performance for downloading data the test is performed by opening multiple connections to a server and simultaneously starting the download of a large data file on all connections. This approach ensures that the entire bandwidth of the internet connection is maxed out, and thereby the maximum data throughput can be measured. Recording the data throughput against measurement time finally yields the available internet speed for downloading data.
3. How to test upload speed?
Upload speed is tested by reversing the sequence of the download analysis. Again multiple connections are opened to the test server. Instead of downloading a file, a large file of random data is created on your device and pushed through all connections to the server. Pushing the data to the server over the network via multiple streams ensures that the maximum throughput is measured. Again, recording the data throughput against time yields the available internet speed for uploading data.
4. How to test ping?
During the ping test, the device sends a small data package over the network to the test server on the internet. This test doesn't focus on upload speeds but on response time. When the server receives this package, it will send it back to the device, completing the roundtrip. The time it takes the data package to complete the roundtrip is called latency, also known as ping. To achieve an accurate reading, multiple ping tests are conducted consecutively, with the final result being the average of all these tests.
Key Features:
- Evaluate download and upload speed, as well as latency (ping)
- Conduct 5G and LTE speed tests to ascertain your mobile carrier's speed, including the fastest connections
- Analyze wifi speed to assess your WiFi hotspot, network, and ISP connection
- Set up automatic checks for continuous monitoring of your connection over time. This feature allows you to run multiple tests during specific time windows, especially if you encounter problems at particular times.
- Validate if your internet service provider is fulfilling its service commitments
- Keep a comprehensive history of all past speed tests and measurements, accompanied by detailed summaries for each assessment undertaken.
- Easily share your test results with friends and followers on social media using custom images for each speed test
