By using SpeedInvoice as your invoice generator, your data is securely stored and automatically backed up. In case your phone is lost or damaged, you can easily retrieve all your information by reinstalling the app. Unlike many other invoice makers that solely store data on the device itself, SpeedInvoice mitigates the risk of losing all your billing information in case of a mishap.

Purchasing a subscription

SpeedInvoice is free to try. After the free trial you need a subscription that cost $11.60 per month. You can purchase this by logging in to the web service of SpeedInvoice here. You make a 50% saving if you purchase an annual subscription compared to the cost of a monthly subscription!

You need a credit or debit card to purchase a subscription. If you don't have one, you can purchase a pre-paid card (search on the net).

You can also purchase an annual subscription with PayPal. Send the email address you registered with PayPal to support@speedinvoice.net and ask for an invoice. You can create a PayPal account for free here.

Google and Apple sell monthly subscriptions through in app purchase, but they are more expensive. Please note that they don't accept gift cards as payment for subscriptions.

Unfortunately you can't pay for a subscription with a bank transfers, as all of our subscription handling is automated.

Troubleshooting of Invoice Maker

1. I need help with my company code, username or password

Tap on "Tap here for help with login" on the login screen in the app.

Company code will be sent to the registered company email address. Username and password will be sent to the email address registered with the user, which can be different to the company email address.

2. My data is wrong

If you get no invoice or quote numbers on the phone, you can have poor internet connection. Please check your connectivity.

If you have a "Synchronisation issue" please look at the bottom of the menu and fix the issue identified. If you can't fix the issue you tap on "Refresh data". Refresh data will bring a copy of the data stored in the web service. Any unnumbered invoices or quotes will be lost.

3. I have lost my phone or tablet

Download the app from the app store and login. Until you get a new device you can continue working by logging in at www.speedinvoice2.net.

4. I changed the customer info and nothing happened

You can't change an invoice by changing a customer or item record, you need to change the information on the document.

5. I have turned GST on or off but it is still wrong

You can change your GST settings by going to "Settings", "Company settings" and "GST". If you created an invoice or a quote without GST and you need to turn GST on, then delete the invoice or quote and do it again.

6. I don't get invoice or quote numbers

If you get no invoice or quote numbers on the phone or a tablet, you can have an internet connection that isn't good enough. Please check your connectivity.
