iPlus is an application that gives you constant access to your account. You can manage your account and services anytime, anywhere.

Log in using your Plus.pl Account

You can log in to the iPlus application using the Plus.pl Account password that you set during registration.

IMPORTANT: To have access to invoices and billings, you must first activate/have an active Green invoice or e-invoice.

REMEMBER the password to your Plus.pl Account is personal, do not share it with third parties

Frequently asked questions

1.How do I get a Plus Code?

Your Plus Code 5 is included on the first invoice after signing the Plus contract. This is a temporary password for your account, you will need to change it for it to be active. You can also receive the Plus Code from a Customer Service consultant.

2.I don't remember my Plus Code, what should I do?

All you need to do is log in to the iPlus website using your Plus.pl Account. Then, during authorization, click the I forgot my password link. You will be asked to provide your telephone number and PESEL number. After confirming the number using an SMS password, it will be possible to set a new Plus Code.

You can also recover the Plus Code by calling the Customer Service Department. The consultant will verify your personal data and send Plus Code 5 via SMS to your phone.

3.How to enable detailed call log?

The list of current usage in iPlus allows you to check, among others: list of numbers you called, number and cost of calls, SMSes, use of GPRS and other services initiated from the beginning of the billing period. Turning on the service is free and you can do it in iPlus. Select the Payments tab > Payment tools and services > Current usage list. More details can be found in the FAQ.

4.How to activate an e-mail invoice?

Green invoice - a full-fledged electronic VAT invoice that is sent to the e-mail address you provide. Additionally, access to the invoice is provided in iPlus. The invoice is free of charge.

You can activate it in several ways, including:

• iPlus – see the manual

• via SMS sent to the free number 80818 with the text ACTIVATE Plus Code 5 address @email.pl (enter the @ address to which you will receive invoices).

• by contacting Customer Service

With the app, you can:

- Check payments and current account balance

- Review detailed call history

- Activate additional packages and services

- Download your electronic invoice.

    This company is really terrible. I think they are really desperate. The design of their app is so bad that I accidentally bought 30GB. When I tried to chat with support, they were really unfriendly and refused to refund me. They closed the chat so I couldn't leave a review. I suggest you avoid using this service. I also paid extra for 5G but it's not working at all. I doubt they will give me a refund. T-Mobile and Orange have better apps and pricing. It seems like something has gone wrong with Plus Polska.

    So there's this joke from the mid-2000s that just completely missed the mark in a few ways. The biggest problem was that the app wouldn't save your login info and didn't give you a chance to change your password.

    Oh no, that's frustrating. As a tourist, not being able to get information easily can be really difficult. It must have been tough when the store refused to speak English. I'm sorry you had to deal with that.

    I had been using the app for 6 years, and it never changed its appearance or got any better. Just recently, it stopped letting me log in. Both my husband and I are facing the same problem. The support we received has been terrible.

    The app is really inconsistent. There are times when I can easily log in without a password, but other times I just can't login at all. It's so frustrating not being able to access my data usage properly.
