How to access/login

You can access İşCep by using your Customer Number, Customer Password and Mobile Confirmation Code* that will be sent to your telephone via an SMS or Advanced Security Settings (Mobile Key**/Mobile Signature/Intel IPT) to perform your banking transactions in a secure manner.

*Access with Mobile Confirmation Code (SMS OTP): You can access İşCep by means of the Mobile Confirmation Code that will be sent to your telephone via an SMS if you are not using advanced security applications.

**Access with Mobile Key (Soft OTP): Your transactions are more secure by means of the Mobile Key!

You will acquire a “Mobile Key” with İşCep App that you will download on your phone and you can quickly activate your “Mobile Key” on the phones using iOS, Android and Windows 8 operating systems.

If you are using a Mobile Key as an Advanced Security Setting, you can access İşCep by entering your Customer Number and Customer Password followed by the entry of your 6-digit key code that was determined by you during İşCep activation.

The connection will be established free of charge for the transactions you will be performing over İşCep.
