You told us about the train schedule changes starting from 17th September, but you didn't update your app accordingly. It's frustrating because this is the second time I have to wait for an extra 20 minutes at the station when I could have been sleeping at home. Please update the schedules soon.

That person is always doing great and right on target, especially when it comes to staying focused and being on point.

Hey folks, so the app got an update recently and now it doesn't really do much. You see, due to COVID-19, you need a voucher to go into the train station. But guess what? This app doesn't have that option. So now all it does is redirect you to the mobile website instead. Pretty frustrating, right?

They are not providing real-time information or updates on schedule changes or canceled trains, which happen a lot. It's 2019, not 1999. Their service is very poor.

Oh no, it was a disaster. Firstly, when I checked the app last week, it showed only one train available for my journey, but today suddenly all the other trains showed up! And then, I had a hard time trying to buy a ticket using my Rav Kav card on this app. Surprisingly, it turned out to be easier to do in English rather than in Hebrew. But that's not all. I couldn't find a way to save details about a specific train I wanted to catch by pinning it to my home screen or sharing it with others. By the way, I managed to think I figured out how to load the ticket onto my Rav Kav, but unfortunately, when I arrived at the station...

First, get rid of the bothersome "rate us" prompt that pops up every time you open the app. Next, establish quick access options for searches you've done recently or those that are frequently used. Also, make it possible to add a shortcut on your device's home screen for a specific search for quicker access. Lastly, collaborate with Moovit to offer combined trip options. Best of luck with these updates!

Wonderful in every way, but lacks information on how to take buses to reach your final stop. Additionally, the app sometimes fails to work at the station or on the train.

Can you believe it? I don't have any favorite stations like 'work' or 'home', not even bookmarks! And get this, when I asked for a reminder to get off the train, the app actually wanted access to my calendar. Can you imagine that?

Oh no, this app is totally underwhelming. I mean, seriously, why does it have to pause my music just to play its intro? And on top of that, it keeps crashing out of nowhere. Such a disappointment.
