I really liked the app before. But in January 2022, syncing suddenly took 4 hours instead of just 1. By September 2022, wifi syncing completely stopped working. Whenever I try to use the wifi sync button, the app just shuts down. This issue is happening on all three of my phones. Even after trying to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times, the problem persists. I've reached out to their support team eight times since September, but their suggested solutions haven't worked, and they keep saying they are working on it. After waiting for three months now, I'm starting to doubt if they'll ever actually fix it. This seems to be a common experience based on other reviews I've read. Their latest response tells me to email them – but I already have, eight times!

The developer did a good job on the slick interface, but I can't stand how the app interrupts itself to ask for a Play Store rating, making the sync process crash and needing a restart. It's a surefire way to make users frustrated. And responding quickly with a generic message just makes it worse.

I used this app without any issues for years until I got a new phone. It surprised me to see that now it's turned into a subscription model with a high price. All I need is to sync my music, nothing fancy. $14.99 per WEEK is more than what I pay for internet! You've lost me as a customer.

iSyncr does a good job and delivers on its promises. It's also cost-effective, serving as a great alternative to iTunes Match for Android. There are just two minor drawbacks holding me back from giving it a perfect rating. Firstly, copying files over WiFi is disappointingly slow, taking hours to transfer around 2000 songs using a 650Mbps WiFi connection. Secondly, it saves album art in separate folders, which causes Google Photos to repeatedly prompt for backing them up - not sure if this is iSyncr or Rocket Player causing this issue.

The user had to find a new app to play their music in the car after Google Play Music was closed and YouTube Music didn't work with Android Auto without a subscription. They found an app that could transfer their iTunes library to their phone with no problems, except for DRM files. The user thinks it's a great app and worth paying for the upgrade. 👍

I know an app that can transfer your iTunes playlists to your Android phone. It used to be great, but now it's slow and not working well. It takes a long time to sync and sometimes deletes files by mistake. Many people feel the same way as I do.
