Instead, it just shows you the best prices without making you search for the latest promo codes. So, you can just chill out and book your travel with ixigo.

Oh, this app has been such a headache! It's probably the worst one out there. So, my flight got shifted from January 1st to the 6th, but when I checked the app, it still showed the original flight as successful with no updates about the new date. When I contacted customer service, they were like, "No worries, Sir. If your e-ticket is fine, you're good to go." How ridiculous is that, right? And on top of all this, I had to pay almost 8000 rupees for rescheduling, besides the 10k I initially paid for the ticket, and yet they haven't even given me an invoice. Can you believe it?

I had booked a flight, but unfortunately it got canceled at the last minute due to operational reasons. I was only informed about it through an email notification, and no alternative flight was offered. What's more, the cancellation wasn't even updated in the app. Since I was traveling with my mother who had just undergone surgery, I had to quickly find an alternative mode of transportation. In the end, I decided to opt for a full refund. Although I eventually received the refund after 3 days, to my disappointment, I found that Ixigo had deducted convenience fees despite the inconveniences we faced. I will definitely be getting my full refund, but this experience has left me dissatisfied, and I have decided not to use this app for booking anything in the future. It was truly the worst experience.
