- Selecting "Approximate Location" for location settings may limit some functions due to inability to pinpoint your exact location.

- This app is designed for JAF members. Non-members can use it but with certain limitations on available features.

- The app is compatible with Android 7 and newer versions.

- For inquiries regarding OS updates, please contact the device manufacturer or mobile carrier.

- Display issues like misalignment of the digital membership card screen may occur on tablet devices.

- In case of malfunctions, deleting and reinstalling the app or updating it may resolve the issue.

- After updating to the latest OS, download and display performance of the app may become unstable. We will release updated versions of the app progressively; we appreciate your understanding in advance.

- Data charges apply for downloading and using the app and are the responsibility of the customer.

【If You Cannot Update the App or It Keeps Crashing】

The difference between the expiration date (loan period) of the JAF membership card (plastic membership card) and the expiration date displayed on the JAF smartphone app's digital membership card or JAF My Page.

●About the expiration date (loan period) of JAF membership card (plastic membership card)

The membership card is issued with a loan expiry date written on it so that the membership card can be used for a maximum of 5 years.

Please check your membership expiry date on your digital membership card on the JAF smartphone app or on your JAF My Page.

Updated for each continuation procedure. It may take approximately 4 to 5 days after payment of membership fee to update the expiration date display.
