How to use Apple Pay?

You can activate Apple pay by following these steps: 

1. Update Jahez App to the latest version 

2. Make your order and choose (Apple Pay or Cash) as a payment method then send it to the restaurant. 

3. After accepting your order, you can click on the Apply Pay button from the “track order” page. 

4. Then the order price will be deducted and the process becomes successfully.

Deleting Credit Card

1. Press on "Menu" 

2. Press on "Payment" 

3. Then a screen appears showing all registered credit cards 

4. Pull out the card you want to delete and then click (yes) to confirm that the card has been deleted.

Forget Password

You can press on the option "Forget Password"

Using Credit

If it is your first time ordering, then you must make an order with the registered mobile number in the application. Then, choose to pay on delivery and then compensate for it and provide us with the new order number through customer service 8001241220 or Jahez Twitter account If it is not your first time and you are a frequent customer, then chosen to pay through wallet and the payment will happen automatically
