Question

What percentage of fundraiser proceeds does Jamba donate?

Answer

We give back 20% of the proceeds brought in by your supporters. Eligible proceeds exclude tax, shipping, gift card sales, alcoholic beverage sales, and delivery sales.

Does Jamba have a minimum sales requirement to receive a check?

Answer

To receive a check, we require that your organization brings a minimum of $150 in total sales. On average, this is about 12 people.

Can we place our organization’s logo on the fundraiser flyers?

Answer

Please do not make any edits to our fundraiser flyers. These are created by our design team and must stay within our branding requirements. We are unable to add your organization’s logo to our flyers.

Can we promote at the restaurant?

Answer

All promotion must be done ahead of time and not in our restaurant or on the premises to our regular customers. Note: Violation of this rule may result in your fundraiser being canceled with no funds distributed.

What must supporters do in order to have their purchases count?

Answer

In order for a purchase to count towards your fundraiser, your supporters must either a) verbally tell our cashier of their participation (before payment), b) show a physical fundraiser flyer to the cashier (before payment), c) show a digital flyer on a smartphone or other mobile device (before payment). Remember, orders placed at a different date/time or location than your scheduled event will not count towards your fundraiser.
