JBL Headphones - Wireless audio control

The gesture control is not great. I wish there were more options for customization or the ability to press both buds for a third function. It's annoying that the mono mode switches automatically to ambient mode, with no way to turn off ambient mode. Why does it switch automatically in the first place? This feedback is specifically for JBL Tune 230NC.

They work well for streaming movies and series from Netflix, Paramount+, Disney+, and Apple+. Wired to my Yamaha receiver sounds the best, but my LG C2 EVO OLED syncs Bluetooth audio with video nicely. I can use the JBL apps features simultaneously. Wired is best from a Yamaha receiver. They also worked well for a video call with my doctor and a phone call. The ANC works well too.

I own the Everest Elite 750NC and LG V20. The app is working great now compared to before. Any changes I make to the audio are quickly applied to the headphones.

I'm listening to music or using headphones when the app suddenly says I can't connect. It's so frustrating because almost every time I try, it takes multiple attempts to finally open and function properly. Tonight was the last straw when it just wouldn't work at all. What's even the point of having this app if it keeps acting up like this? The products are good, but the app is just not cutting it. The update on 5/23/22 is a bit better, but the connection issue still happens every few tries. Unfortunately, the app is still not very user-friendly and doesn't offer much functionality. My rating remains the same after all these experiences.
