    Oh no, this app isn't great. They show a price like 25 riyals at first, but when you arrive at your destination, they add on an extra 2-3 riyals! Unlike Uber, where the price you see when you book is the same when you reach your destination.

    I have changed my rating from 2 stars to 1. The app has been updated with the addition of the long-awaited help center. However, I attempted to follow up on a case that I opened on 4-12-2023 and kept receiving the message "you have reached the maximum number of messages for this ride." Please provide a phone number to call, call me back, or address the complaint that has been sitting in your inbox for 2 months now. With the new update, it seems like your app is deteriorating, and it appears that no action is being taken to fix it.

    I had a terrible experience with the drivers and the app. One time, a driver told me they wouldn't come so I cancelled the ride. But then the app blamed me for cancelling and said I could be fined. I've decided I won't use it again.

    I love using the Jeeny app in KSA. It's great overall, but sometimes the drivers cause issues. They accept my order but arrive late or ask me to cancel. Some even want to bring a friend along, which I always decline because I know it's not allowed. Despite these challenges, I still enjoy using Jeeny. Thanks to all the staff!

    Sometimes, when waiting for a ride, the driver can cancel after about 15 to 20 minutes. This seems to happen a lot because drivers aren't getting in trouble for canceling after making you wait so long. In the meantime, you might see the driver going in a completely different direction, but you have no way of contacting them through the app. If you end up canceling instead, you'll get charged. So if you're in a hurry, it might be better not to rely on the app for your ride.
